[Blog post] Building my first Astro website

The second version of my personal website. By the time it is finished it will have a brand new design with all the same old features as the old one and hopefully some new features such as reading time on posts, internationalisation, updated system theme, and more. When it's completed to satisfaction I will hopefully (fingers crossed) release a blog post about it.
